Woodbine Beef
750 gm round steak - cut in strips
1 onion - finely chopped
1 clove garlic - finely chopped
250 gm small mushrooms
1 bunch spinach
60 gm Fetta Cheese -diced into small cubes
60 gm Woodbine Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a heavy based pan, put olive oil, onion and garlic.
Saute until onion is clear.
Add beef and stir until lightly browned.
Stir in mushrooms and roughly chopped spinach.
Lastly, stir through chopped fetta
Stir until beef is just cooked.
Serve on a bed of mashed pumpkin potato, rice or pasta.
