Dukkah
Ingredients
3 1/3 tablespoons hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
4 tablespoons pistachio nuts, roasted and chopped
10 tablespoons white sesame seeds, toasted
5 tablespoons ground coriander seeds, roasted and ground
2 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin seeds, roasted and ground 1 teaspoon
salt, to taste
Method
Combine all ingredients.
To serve, break off a piece of your favourite bread, dip into the
oil, then into the dukkah.
